Problem
The client had an issue in managing the daily inventory movement due to the high-volume requests across the country. Location of the inventory in transit was
also untraceable. This issue impeded the company from increasing its sales volume.
Proposed Solution
Implemented the Vehicle Management System (VMS) to track the real-time data of the vehicle’s location. Every vehicle had a unique QR code which needs to be scanned at the relevant checkpoints.
Result
Vastly improved the internal operations from user requests, to approval and delivery of the vehicle in a timely manner. Also, improved stock accuracy and efficiency in handling high-volume requests from clients.
