Proposed Solution
Implemented the Truck Resistance Tracking (TRT) System after a thorough site visit assessment. The TRT system provided real time information on the truck’s location, check-point tracking, delivery notification and order completion notification.
Result
Client could fully utilise all truck resources, managed the inventory levels in the warehouse at the optimum level, and fulfilled the delivery KPI, all of which resulted in increased operational efficiency. On-time and efficient deliveries resulted in increased customer satisfaction.
